ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Birte Hosken was born in North Germany. Having met her future husband during an exchange visit to Penzance she moved to Cornwall in 1989. Her fascination with the beauty and mystique of the Cornish coast and countryside has inspired her writing.

Birte has two grown-up children and currently works part-time in the NHS. She is a keen tennis player, cyclist, runner, walker and enjoys keeping fit. Her first novel Petroc's Church was published in 2016, Let Wild Waves Roar is her second book and a third is expected in the not too distant future.
